I was asked a little while ago to help a friend out, he'd just started a new company and wanted to make it online. Now design was never really my thing (yeah i'm sure you can tell already), luckily they already had
the site and were just looking at promoting it and having business turned their way. I did all the usual optimisation but with the site being a sales site I have spent some time over the last few weeks looking into pay-per-click
advertising. What an eye opener!
Now i'm not one for jealousy but there are obviously some groups out there making far too much money, i'm talking about Chicago Personal Injury Lawyers / Attorneys and New York Lawyers. Whilst researching words and how much they cost-per-click I compiled a small list of high paying words, just for the hell of it really.
I was amazed at just how much these Chicago and New York lawyers and attorneys will pay just to get personal injury business their way, seriously, this must be costing them thousands of dollars a day. Just exactly how much are these lawsuits worth to lawyers, anybody any ideas? I don't live in America but i'm guessing that it's compensation culture is a nightmare to live in,
every label must have to have numerous disclaimers, surely everybody must have some sort of personal liability insurance as well, how else could anybody afford to be paying these Chicago personal injury laywers the amounts of money they must be earning to pay this amount in advertising. It's a crazy world, whatever happened to people taking responsibility for their own actions?
