Office Exercise was written for my own use, having spent more than 13 years as a gym regular and seeing ever diminishing returns from the 1-2 hours a day I was spending exercising I decided to do a little research. It turns out that there has been some opinion that sitting on your bum all day EXCEPT for an hour in the gym is not the ideal way to exercise. Our bodies are designed to be more active on a regular basis, so I've written some software to get me away from the computer at regular intervals, every 50 minutes. The software locks your screen for 1 minute and gives you a random exercise to do from a user selectable list. It sounds simple (and it is) but it has been effective for me. After 12 months of using it I'm still seeing regular improvements in my body stats, something which had stalled when just doing my regular gym schedule.
